This website is an early investor-facing site. The investor access request form is currently a front-end preview and does not transmit or store submissions. When submission handling is implemented, the information collected will be limited to the details requested in the form: name, email, investor type, country, indicative investment interest and how you heard about NAKAJET.

That information will be used solely to assess and respond to investor access requests and to provide investor materials where appropriate. It will not be sold, and it will not be used for unrelated marketing.

Where NAKAJET processes personal data in the future, it intends to do so in accordance with applicable data protection law, including retaining data only as long as necessary and responding to access and deletion requests.

This notice will be expanded as the private investor area and its underlying infrastructure are developed.
